Sevilla also has tons of markets taking place throughout the city and throughout the week. On Sundays, there are markets in Plaza del Cabildo (selling stamps, coins, and other antiquities), Plaza de Bellas Artes (selling art, tiles, and woodcarvings), and Plaza Alfalfa (selling tons of pets). On Thursdays, head to the Parque del Alamillo on the Guadalquivir's west bank for what is essentially a giant tag sale. Finally, you can come across some great finds at El Postigo, a fabulous artisan market where local craftspeople sell Spanish fans, jewelry, ceramics, and glass and silverware.
